To set up the ERP integration, follow the steps for connection details, data mapping, testing and go-live. Once the bidirectional flow is in place, order and cost data are synchronized automatically.
In the integration settings, define the ERP server address, user and API key.
Tick the data to be synchronized: accounts, bill of materials, stock, orders.
Match units, cost centers and product codes between the two systems.
Start a bidirectional test with sample records and verify consistency.
Put the integration that passed the test into production with a scheduled sync.
It can be configured as real-time (webhook) or scheduled (e.g. every 15 minutes).
