Yes. Users and modules are added at the unit prices in the contract; no new pricing negotiation is needed.
Annual for cloud subscriptions; for on-premise licenses, a perpetual right of use plus annual maintenance. Pilot installations run under a separate 2–3 month contract.
If you move to a full installation at the end of the pilot, the pilot fee you paid is deducted from the license amount.
Yes. At the end of the contract, all your data is handed over in full in standard formats (Excel/CSV, database backup) at no extra charge.
