This Privacy Policy summarises how your information is handled when you use the bizmo.com.tr website (the “Site”) operated by Bizmo Teknoloji Yatırımları A.Ş. (“Bizmo”). Detailed information on the processing of your personal data is in the Data Protection Notice, and on cookies in the Cookie Policy; this policy applies together with those texts.
1. Scope
This policy covers the Site, the forms on the Site and your communication with us. Data our customers process in Bizmo software is governed by the relevant licence, subscription and service agreements.
2. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: Name and surname, company, e-mail, phone, request and message details you share in the demo, quote and contact forms or by e-mail and phone.
- Information collected automatically: Server logs kept for security purposes (IP address, browser information, time of visit) and, only if you consent, analytics cookies.
3. Why We Use Information
We use it to respond to your requests, run demo and quote processes, conclude and perform contracts, secure the Site and — with your consent — improve the Site. We do not sell or rent your personal data or share it for third parties' marketing activities.
4. Sharing
Your information is shared only to the extent required by the service and under contractual confidentiality obligations with our hosting, e-mail, content delivery and security, and payment service providers; with competent authorities where legally required; and with our legal advisers to protect our rights. In the event of a merger, demerger, transfer or sale of assets of the company, information may be transferred to the successor company in accordance with the law. 5. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures such as encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), access control, two-step verification for administrative access, logging and regular backups to protect your information. However, the absolute security of any transmission over the internet or of electronic storage cannot be guaranteed.
6. Retention
Your information is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods required by law; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Request form records are automatically anonymised after 24 months; commercial correspondence is kept for the statutory retention periods.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at persons under 18. We delete information we learn belongs to persons under 18.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Bizmo is not responsible for the content and privacy practices of those sites; we recommend reviewing their policies.
9. Your Rights
You can find your rights under KVKK Article 11 and how to apply in the Data Protection Notice.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated; the current version takes effect on the date it is published on the Site.
