The CBD cost table consists of raw material, labor, machine, energy and overhead rows. This guide explains how to interpret each item, the target vs. actual comparison and the profit row.
Each row is a cost item. The color code shows the item's weight in the total.
The right-hand column shows the deviation. A positive deviation means you have exceeded the plan.
The profit row at the bottom summarizes the applied margin and the net profit.
They usually come from scrap, price changes or missing shop-floor data.
